I took the stock flared two sided fitting that sits on top of the IACV and connects to the regulator and the idle hose and removed it. I then, very carefully tapped/threaded the inside the IACV where the factory two way fitting was. Then I threaded in my new fitting with a 90 degree elbow and sleeve and installed the hose. I'm sorry I cannot for the life of me remember what size the fitting is. My car is getting painted for another week or so, so I can just go out and look. I got bored one day and grabbed some spare parts I had laying in the garage and made it It took me all of about an hr. Could be done in much less but I'm a perfectionist when it comes to my Z.
